Executive Office Manager / Personal Assistant in Academic / Clinical Setting
This is an excellent opportunity for a well rounded, enthusiastic and hard working candidate to manage this senior director. This is a really hectic and hands on role as you will be supporting a very dedicated and colossally busy woman.
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality administrative and business support ot the Director and all office activities in the areas of Human Resources, finance, communication and general office administration as required.
You will be the focal point of contact for the office and handle initial enquiries, facilitate information exchange and dissemenate this across the company
You will also be providing complete and comprehensive support to the Director, including full diary management with sensitivity and tact, draft correspondence, travel, email management, meeting minutes and presentations.
You will ensure that high quality systems procedures and practices are maintained and that service provision is effectively monitored and reviewed.
Project management, budget management and own workload management are key to this role, you will be confident in these areas.
All in all this is a great opportunity for someone who loves to be kept busy and who likes operating with a high level of autonomy.
The post will be temporary to permanent and will be starting at the end of January 2010.
